Return & Refund Policy

At Pesoria, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

* Returns are accepted only for size-related issues.
* A return request must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery of your order.
* The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
* All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact. Products returned without original tags or in a used condition will not be accepted.
* Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

* Change of mind.
* Color or design preference.
* Incorrect size ordered by the customer (unless there is a genuine sizing issue with the product).
* Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.

Refunds

* Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as store credit, depending on the order type and eligibility.
* If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, the return request may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer.

Pesoria reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with the above conditions.
